I Became a Therapist Because:
I want to help people become the best version of themselves. Break generational trauma, normalize setting boundaries and it be okay to say I’m struggling and need help.
Get to Know Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Since 2008, I have helped individuals overcome challenging behavioral and mental health concerns, I have experience working with depression, anxiety, oppositional behaviors, ADHD, anger management, impulsive behaviors, and life stressors.
I have spent several years working with children, teens, and families in various agency settings such as NOLA-Public Schools, Recovery School District, Department of Children & Family Services, Office of Juvenile Justice, Jefferson Parish Human Services District, and Gulf Coast Teaching Family Services.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2006. And my Master of Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans in 2010.

I'm a native of Kenner, LA, and currently resides in New Orleans, LA. I enjoy reading, attending concerts, traveling, and playing with spoiled Pomeranian Sho'nuff.
